3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was remove or disable mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  1. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  2. Identification of the remove content and the location where it appeare before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was remove by mistake.
  4. Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, MeraGharScheme.pk may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action within the time frame define the DMCA.

4. Repeat Infringers

MeraGharScheme.pk reserves the right to terminate accounts or block access to users who are found to repeat infringers of copyright laws.

5. Safe Harbor

This DMCA policy is in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512). It is design to protect copyright owners while allowing users to access content fairly and legally.
